Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Products are returned at the customer's expense. The customer pays the actual shipping cost for replacement items.

All returns should be neatly boxed, in new condition and include a return memo indicating date or purchase, order number and reason for return.

Contact The Exquisite Handbag and request a Return Authorization form via E-mail. Complete the form and return the form and the product item to the return address on the form. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Exchanges, swaps, or returns for credit will not be handled unless we receive the request for a Return Authorization form within 10 days after you receive the merchandise.


Backorder Policy
Should your selection be out of stock, you may choose to :
Have your product placed on back order and it will be shipped when it becomes available.
Choose another item to replace it or
You can have your money refunded.


Shipping Policies
The Exquisite Handbag shipping is free for orders over $200.00, otherwise a flat rate of $25.00 applies world wide.
All orders are shipped same or next business day after order authorization. Delivery time is 10 - 20 working days worldwide. 
 

Damaged Goods Policy
Should the customer receive damaged merchandise we will ship the replacement item at our cost.
